My experience was fantastic, the staff was very very attentive, as soon as we arrived they informed us that we had been accommodated in a room superior to the one we had, with a view of the sea, incredible. The bed slept on a cloud, there was no lack of detail in the room, slippers from home, free minibar, coffee maker and even apples. Everything you might need, relaxing spray to sleep, foot massage cream, toiletries, bathrobes, towels, etc. The pool is more than impressive with sea views, towel service, sunscreen, aftersun, all free and also umbrellas and towels for the beach, no details were missing, with some very comfortable lounger poufs. When we left the hotel they offered us bottles of water for the trip, and I tell you that they take care of the details in any little thing, there is not even a but to do them. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in and it has an amazing view of the rock. We will certainly repeat it next year.
There's nothing you wouldn't like in that hotel. If there's one thing I don't like, it's not being able to live there every day.

I love this hotel, it has an unbeatable location, and with the huge windows it has it seems that you are having an aperitif on the beach, but in the coolness of the air conditioning and without the burden of people around. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.
I've been to this hotel three times and until this last time I didn't have any trouble. We sat down in the hotel cafeteria for an ice cream and waitress was quite unfriendly to us. It turns out that the ice cream menu had a cup called "al gusto" and you could choose between 2 or 3 balls, depending on what was written on the menu. We tried to order two of these and it was impossible. girl said that she had to put exactly the flavors that appeared in the photograph, that if we wanted another flavor we should ask for some tubs. My husband asked for the two-ball glass with the flavours of the photograph, chocolate and vanilla (without the strawberry because he hates strawberries), I, fed up with his bad manners, told him to give me a jar of stracciatella, because he didn't agree to make me a glass with flavours different from those in the photograph, was absurd. In the end she brought my husband a glass with three balls instead of two, of course the third one was strawberry. We had to pay 3 euros more than the two-ball glass cost and on top of that he didn't eat it because it was all strawberry. They should change the name of the glass and put "to the taste.. of the waitress". Bad service and bad treatment of the customers. we won't stop going to the hotel because everything else is impeccable, we won't be having the ice cream there anymore.

What's more, pool area, breakfast, staff attention, tranquility that you breathe, proximity to the beach and views.
What disappointed me quite a bit was the room. I mean, it was pretty big, bathroom was huge, bed was super comfortable, several types of pillows, details that make everything more pleasant... what I can't understand is that the interior rooms have two small windows that look out onto a patio of lights and in a beach hotel you don't have more space to dry things out... that you don't even get your bikini dry by leaving it hanging for 3 days. Another problem I see is that you imagine a pool like the one in the photos on top of a building and not that being at the height of a first floor and have the beach there... as it takes away a little charm. Still, it's very comfortable and service is ten. Just as I say one thing, I say the other.

location is excellent, it has spectacular views of the beach and Ifach Rock. Food Gallery buffet dinner was very good too, they have a great variety of products and options to choose from, quality is very high. breakfast buffet is also splendid, again with a lot of variety and very good quality: a personal plus is that they had pancakes. room is great, spacious and bed very comfortable. I recommend it.
I didn't like a dessert from the dinner buffet that said it was sugar-free. I asked in advance to be put in a double bed but when we arrived we saw that it was two separate beds. I didn't complain at the time because we didn't feel like changing rooms, although when I mentioned it at check-out they apologized to me and wrote it down in my file, so that it would be taken into account for future occasions.

The truth is, the hotel is spectacular. On arrival we were met at the reception by a very nice boy named Felix, who explained the whole hotel very well with a map and everything. Ultra-quiet air conditioning. On arrival, fruit and water are provided. Minibar with drinks courtesy of the hotel, along with a perfume for the pillows to relax a little more. Incredible default pillows (I want them for my bed at home). Very comfortable mattresses. You can choose every day a perfume for the room among 5 different ones. We had only breakfast and it's spectacular, the best I've seen. In the small details you can notice the quality of the hotel, like that they put a plastic cover on the remote for hygiene, or that there is a card for changing the sheets next to the one for arranging the room. . We had a small complaint and they compensated us by leaving the room as newcomers, a box of chocolates and a letter of apology from the governor.
The toilet is too high for my taste. The glass should be a little longer to avoid splashing because it takes out so little water. There could be a plug next to the bed, the ones that are far away and if you need to charge something with a short cable and use it in bed you can't.

Relaxing getaway with beautiful views
Enjoyed three serene nights with amazing sea views. The spacious room felt inviting, complete with daily bottled water. Breakfast featured an array of fresh fruit. For a great beach, stroll away from the crowded spots for a peaceful walk. Bring a hat for sun protection!

Great hotel with an incredible location in Calpe. We booked a double room with a terrace overlooking the sea and spectacular. It's a pity that from our room you couldn't see the rock, if you hadn't been ten already. staff is very friendly and facilities are very good. breakfast buffet can be summed up with the word "Spectacular", lots of variety of food. For every day we spent, we found a little something that was left in the room (a key ring, chocolates, etc.. we liked it very much. soundproofing of the room was a 10, you could hardly hear anything from outside, something that is quite grateful since in summer there is usually a lot of movement in the streets at night. From the hotel there is direct access to the "Sol y Mar" supermarket and parking lot. we checked out we were offered a small bottle of water for the trip (free). These are small details that make the difference. If we return that way, we will certainly repeat.
Overall we loved everything, but we think the pool is a little small for the number of hotel guests. But then, there's the beach!

Great hotel with excellent amenities like a rooftop pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me print tickets, which I really appreciated.

Very modern large rooms without paying additional supplement spotlessly clean
The only comment I can make is the absence of tea/coffee making facilities in the room

The pool area is cramped!!! More shaded seating around the pool would definitely enhance comfort!!!

Probably the best hotel in the region. Clean, good facilities. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Pool area was nice with bar area, supplied towels and sun lotion; we went out of season so space was adequate although I imagine could possibly be a little over crowded in the peak months however the beach is right outside the hotel and is very nice and clean. with a number of bars along the promenade.
Nothing to complain about; however I would recommend either a room with a sea view and balcony otherwise an inside room with no balcony. A room with a balcony and no sea view just overlooks a small street which can be noisy at times.
